We were chartered in 1953 as Fluor Federal Credit Union to serve the employees of that company, and we’ve grown steadily ever since then. Our services consist of a solid foundation of basic financial principles including checking, savings, loans, retirement accounts and more. We’ve built on this and created the cornerstones of our credit union: service through personal attention, cutting edge products and the continuous pursuit of new convenient services as well as improvement of our members’ social and economic well-being.

Important account opening information: Federal law requires us to obtain sufficient information to verify your identity. All applicants (primary & joint) must submit a photocopy of a current and valid state or U.S. Government–issued photo identification card. The credit union must maintain the records used to verify each person’s identity. Our privacy policy and federal law protect the information you provide. To complete your membership application process, please complete and sign the Membership & Account Application.

Please mail the completed Membership & Account Application, with original signature along with a copy of photo identification, and a check payable to Capstone FCU for $30.00 ($25.00 minimum deposit and $5.00 one-time membership fee) to Capstone FCU, 3 Polaris Way, Suite 31B, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.
