Some of our members have reported receiving an email from our regulator, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), requesting personal information. The email subject is ‘Notification from NCUA.’ Delete this email immediately. Your credit union and it’s regulator, NCUA, do not send unsolicited general emails requesting your personal information. We have this information and will never ask for it via email.
